Competency models are an essential tool for designing apprenticeships, curriculum, competency-based education, and career pathways, but it all starts with a successful convening of industry partners. Having the right tools and guides to assist in that partnership development is crucial. In this webinar, presenters will share how they developed their employer engagement strategy and their process of convening industry partners with the use of competency models. Educators, college administrators and workforce system representatives will discuss how to work with employers to use competency models to delve into regional workforce needs and program solutions.
